Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Kirwaq Institute, we are dedicated to providing a seamless learning experience and ensuring your satisfaction with our courses and services. However, please review the following terms related to refunds and cancellations:
- Final Purchases and Payments:
- All purchases or payments made to Kirwaq Institute are considered final. Once payment has been processed, we do not accept cancellation or refund requests.
- Purchased courses cannot be transferred to any other individual.
- Demo Classes:
- For both online and in-person training, each learner is entitled to a minimum of 2 days of demo classes, irrespective of the course selected.
- You are required to pay for the course only after you are satisfied with the demo classes. Consequently, refund requests are not entertained after this stage.
- Self-Paced Courses:
- Refunds are not available for self-paced (recorded) courses. If you experience any issues, please contact us, and we will provide support as needed.
- No Refunds or Transfers:
- Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another student under any circumstances.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from this agreement or related to the course/training will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
- Policy Changes:
- Kirwaq Institute reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
